Peoria will get a taste of the classic rock and country sounds this Friday, April 24th, 2026, when ZZ Top and Dwight Yoakam join together for their Dos Amigos Tour 2026 coming to Carver Arena at Peoria Civic Center. The important group returns to the Southeast USA for a raw blues-infused rock performance of ZZ Top hits, such as Sharp Dressed Man, La Grange, and Tush, performed with the passion and style that has been mesmerizing audiences for over 5 decades. The band's most recent studio recording, La Futura, hit the streets in Fall 2011. Legendary guitarist Billy Gibbons and bassist Dusty Hill (collectively writing all ZZ Top material) are recognizable by their beards, the only clean-shaven member of the band being drummer Frank Beard. In 2004, ZZ Top was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. You can feel the low basses and scratchy guitars.

He starred in 40+ films, including Sling Blade and Panic Room. He has sold 30,000,000 records across America and has won two Grammys. He has been nominated for 21 Grammys. Using his well-known vocals and intricate guitar work, he weaves together a multitude of musical styles. This is a preview of his current recording project.
